I would like to give a very special thank you to Haik and Lynn for inviting our class to their wonderful home to learn all about how maple sugar is made. The kids asked very good questions, were helpful by gathering all the tree sap, and devoured all of the homemade waffees! Ahh to be young! As we waited for the vans to arrive, the kids took turns on the tire and rope swing and played tag. I'm thankful for beautiful weather and my little jar of maple syrup.
